Harrassment - irritating , time wasting calls

I have never made use of African Bank ever , however they constantly harrass me from ********** 000 on both my cell and new landline. Very irritating and ******* I assume as I have not given any company permission to make telesales calls to me - my landline number is only 2 weeks old.
