Harrassment
They dont stop harrassing me! I am under debt review and have not received my full salary since April! I did an i17 form due to me being a single mom of 3 children
The i17 was sent to them and they just don't stop! This morning alone i have had 4 calls and every time I try and explain they talk over me or offer me life insurance!
What the hell?
I don't recommend this bank at all!!

16 Sept 2020, 13:15Your call centre dont stop! Just today i have had 5 calls!!! Despite me emailing through 3x my debt review 17.3 form due to not receiving full salaries! Your call centre is rude and apparently no one has an email for me to send my forms through to , so i had to do it also to your ***** alert.
