HARRASMENT - AFRICAN BANK

My wife is being harrased by African Bank. Her debt prescribed in 2015. No judgement was granted at cout and now they want to collect this outstanding debt from her. The law states that if no payment has been received in three years and no judgement has been granted, then the "DEBT HAS PRESCRIBED" SO AFRICAN BANK PLEASE STOP HARASSING MY WIFE
