Harrasment

I have bee harassed by this bank, there's no communication between departments. A lady came through to my workplace on the 25/03/2019 and I signed an arrangement with her and she swiped my card, today on the 28/03/2019 I get a legal threat call asking for payment, what the **** is going on. why did I sign an arrangement if I still get legal action letters and calls., Very unfriendly consultants who are belittling, I know I owe the bank but I still deserve respect. I cant wait to settle this loan and never again will I borrow from them, I regret this.
