Harrased by an African Bank Consultant

I'm not a client of african bank but I find myself being harrased by someone calling me from african bank, even though I have been telling this person that I am not the person they are looking for, he still gives me consumer confidential information and threatens to get me,I am tired of this.I'm harrased but I don't even have anything with u. The no that keeps on calling me is ********** 190, this no even calls me after working hours.
