Hard to understand other people situation

African bank offer me a loan while I was working and at the end of month on February 2019 I lost a job and I didn't pay them installments and I explain to them that I lost a job. Example if I was Thinking I don't want to pay their money I was going to change my personal cell number but I didn't because am not running away but now am trying to look for a job. And I explain to consultant that if I can find a job i will contact them and continue paying the loan but now am receiving an sms now and then like They will send a trace person to the company that I was working on like really I can lie on looking ajib while they saw that my 1st loan to them I paid well really. So am confused and stressed because am struggling to find a job now and african bank on other hand their busy with sms why don't they try to wear my shoes and fell the pain that am felling? If I was told myself to runaway I was going to change my number but always they find me on my phone
