Harassment from Call Centre/ NOn stop phone calls

It happened again African Bank last month after I made a complaint about them , they promised to stop the phone calls until I was in arrears but a week after they promised me that , there was phone call after phone.<br> <br> Their rude call Centre Supervisor Named Tshepo Selokela talks to me like , he knows me from the streets , the so called recorded conversation is none , how can he talks to me like that he knows his been recorded really. Firstly they want to instill fear in people , According to my knowledge I'm not in any arrears, so they promised until I'm arrears they won't call me , I recorded our conversation with them , when that promised was made , my account will be due next month
