Harassment calls
Harassment calls I am sick and tired of African Bank harassing me with calls from their collections department. ( ********** ) They again phoned me today looking for a Mr. Simelane. I again asked to speak with the Supervisor. I spoke with Valerie Tladiniane and told her again I do not know anyone by that name and do not understand why my Cell phone numbers are on his name. She promised again as the previous person did, that they would remove my contact details from Simelane's profile and promised I should not get calls from them again regarding Simelane. Did African Bank perform due diligence in their RICA process? Please remove my contact details associated with Mr Simelane from your incorrect database.
