Dear African Bank

Why am I and my family (minor children) being harassed by you. I have been receiving calls everyday at least 3-4 times a day. Apparently they couldn’t get hold of me because my contacts have changed - I didn’t change them.

But my main concern is them contacting my minor children and other family members when i didn’t list their contacts- what I my or their legal rights int his matter? Calling a 16 year old at school - where did you get their number from? I would like to know about children’s rights in this matter. This is an unnecessarily harrassment as I have asked the agents several times to send me the statement so I can see this missing payment.
