HARASSMENT

Worst call centre ever! Rude people, don't listen to what you are saying, always talking over you. I get phone calls at 8 'o clock at night or 7 'o clock in the morning! They have a different story everytime they phone. I seriously think that I am paying off someone else's account. They keep putting a debit order on my account which I have not authorised, I would like to know how they get my banking details because I have changed banks. So I have stopped paying. I am unemployed and I get a little bit of money from my husband.
