Happy with the Assistance Received from Specialist Team: African Bank

I had a complain again African Bank about two weeks ago, and because of the dedicated African Bank specialist team my problems where resolved. I would like to thank this team, because I felt like no one wanted to assist.

My humble request is that this efficiency can be app**** by staff in general, I could have been assisted by a branch personnel. All your systems for deceased estate can be finalized at the department of deceasedestates but the logging should be collected by a staff member who knows all the requirements at the branch level.

I personally did not wanna fight with anyone, but frustration can push one to the wall. All the documents are now submitted and the claim logged, lets hope all will go a bit smoothly this time (Ref number ***)
