handing over account

I took out a loan and after I was unemployed for sumtime and late December I was employed and in January I wanted to make sure I settle my account as they had helped me when I needed a loan,but my frustration is I was sent docs and called by a company called nu-debt as my account had been handed over,so as I wanted to settle the account I made arrangements with nu-dept but to my surprise I was debited by African bank and also nu-dept,so I called African bank and was assisted by a not so helful consultant who told me that they never handed me over and when I asked how then they got my details he coudnt explain,,so to cut the long story short is im sitting with money in my account and I do not know who is suppose to collect the money,,i requested to be called back by the agent and its a month now still no communication, but you still track my account??????nd I will reverse the debit order until you call me to do this right
