Great service so far

So far I had excellent service, despite other bad reviews on African Bank. With my recent customer service call the phone was answered immediately, the consultant was very friendly, very helpful and she resolved my issue. It will take a few days for me to see if the change took effect, but so far she said it will be automated, so it's good. The offering from the Bank is also good. So far nothing negative. Thanks!
