Great service From the Customer service team

Its happened a while back however They deserve praise for great customer service from the CUstomer service team only.

After my pervious issue with them, the had the branch manager call and apologise for her staff being unprofessional and unhelpful.

Thank you for assisting me in undertanding the issue properly
