Great service from Roslyn Govender

I called in to inquire about the interest and insurance on my loan account, Rosslyn was awesome, she took her time to hear me out and even escalated my query. This was the follow up from an initial query where the interest charged is not making sense, The insurance premium charged is also different from the loan agreement.
