Great Service - Bad process!

There's always been a bit of a bad stigma surrounding African Bank, however, I've decided to try them out and I was very surprised. Excellent online application system to use. The service I got from the Montague Gardens branch was excellent. The only problem I have is that they do things a bit the other way around - Where most bank would almost immediately decline you African Bank takes you through a lengthy weekly process, send you congratulatory emails, and let you collect your card, just to be told 4 days later they going to decline you with no reason what so ever. I would like them to apply a bit more customer service by giving customers financial education as to why they were declined, as an fsp it's your duty. Fortunately there are other banks willing to help me - sad though that African bank didn't want me as a customer.
