I app**** for a loan with African bank but unfortunately it was rejected due to the bank not being able to verify my bank account, but I would like to commend their service it was efficient and friendly from the consultants in the branch to the call center staff and when calling the call center you don't have to wait long for them to answer fast ,efficient and knowledgeable about their service
