Great serivce

Today i called african bank regarding a settlement letter issue i had with the bank a lady assisted me but i was not happy cause she did not see clued up of the information she was giving .I called the bank again and a gentle man by the name Samuel legageng assist me , ohh what wonderful service i got he knows he work and patient and listens to a client , African bank should have more consultants like this guy .Keep up the good work Samuel
