Great customer service

I just wanted to share my experience with african bank , i made an application and it was up and down for a few days until i laid a complaint , But i would like to say THANK YOU to KABELO that assisted my and made the process so much easier and my issue was sorted out in no time . I think she is in complaints department, Also phones and kept me in up to date on things and made sure that my documents got to the right place in order to sort out my issue as quickly as possible .
