Great Customer Service

I app**** for a loan yesterday and was declined due to a technicality. The branch could not assist and seemed they had no idea what to do. I called the call centre several times with no assistance. Until I got through to Catherine who was very helpful and who then escalated the matter to Sashin. Sashin has taken his time to try and resolve the matter and giving feedback something I have never ever experienced with the bank in the 4 years I have interacted with them. The problem is yet to be resolved but he is an exceptional employee.
