Good Service Beyond Expectation

I have a personal loan with African Bank. I have noticed that they have debited my bank account twice this month. I really thought that this was going to be a long unpleasant procedure dealing with an Bank like African Bank to get them to credit me. I was surprised. The consultants I spoke to was friendly and she kept on apologizing. I am really impressed as the refund was paid to my account in less that an hour after I had made the call. And I bank with Capitec. I had a similar experience on the same day with another bank (so called most innovative bank in the world), and trust me, there was nothing but bad attitude and even though they made the mistake, I had to go according to their terms and conditions. I respect a bank or any institution that can acknowledge their mistakes and then go the extra mile to rectify it. The service from African Bank was truly beyond my expectation. I will recommend this Bank to anyone.
