Good /Bad service

I was in your Stanger branch Friday and got assisted by Khululiwe Mhlongo, a very poised and polite lady. Problem starts with a male consultant, he was very rude to Khululiwe every minute he kept on demanding her attention apparently he's new but now my time got wasted there because of him. Why the bank don't have someone to train new employees on site. The boy is not teachable shame he kept on shouting "am new I'm allowed to make mistakes " as if that's a good thing to say in front of clients. I wouldn't want to be served by someone with that kind of attitude, the bank seems to be employing just anyone 🚮. Big up to Khululiwe for keeping her cool in the situation and juggling 2 jobs at once, as for the boy uyaphapha no professionalism whatsoever 🚮🚮🚮
