Going the Extra Mile

After a horrible experience at AB Alberton City, I went to the Voortrekker Street (Alberton)branch to collect my credit card. I was issued a card without any hassles. I was told the card would be active after an hour but due to some technical issues it was not - I phoned the branch the next day and spoke to Prudence - she went out of her daily duties to make sure the card was activated. It took two hours to sort the technical issues but she kept phoning to update me on the progress. I would like to suggest that Basil ( the so called manager at AB Alberton City) and his staff really take some time off to walk across the road (The Alberton City branch is literally across the road from the Voortrekker Road branch) and get some customer care training from Prudence and her staff.<br> Thank you Prudence for all your assistance - Much appreciated!!!
