On the 15/08/2017 I app**** for a loan at Alex Mall. I serviced by Lesedi who serviced me exceptionally well. He didn't just listen and do as I asked, but he advised me on the products offered by the bank and the best loan to go for for what I was looking to finance. Very good customer service.
