Give me my Paid Up letter - I am done with African Bank!

How long does it take for African Bank to send me a Paid Up letter? I paid the full settlement amount on the 25/11/2019 and sent POP and settlement letter to *** - even followed up with a call on the 27th November. Yet, no joy! African Bank is quick to act when customers owe - yet when it's their turn to act quickly on behalf of a customer, nothing!
