Getting ********** with open eyes. Amount due keeps getting higher even by the weeks and days

Wow. Now im stunned. I have a loan. Was in arrears. Was told by head office i am done with the arrears. Last week my outstanding amount was about R800 and something. Witch is suppose to be less coz when i called last month and this month i was told this mobth AUGUST is my last payment. Then last week it was R900 that i owe. Now i get a statement to say im RR560.01 in arrears and i now owe R1190.07… This is plain bull ****. Sorry for my words. Im fed up. African bank is SKELEM. When i took the loan out i was told if you call to settle account i pay less, but its even more than my instalment. What bull **** and **** information that is. How can the payment go up every week. So far for this month its gone up +-R400. How does that make sense. This is plain day light *******. The consultants give a different story to what customer service sais, and the consultants are all rude. They treat customers like they are kid and better than the clients. They get rude and forget we are clients not yheir kids. I am so sick of this whole thing from this bank. I will rather walk next to my shoe soals before i ever make a loan at that bank ever again, and i advise people not to go there. They ******* people. Tgey think we have money growing on our baks the way they ripping me off. I want this matter sorted as i DO NOT SEE WHY MY DUE AMOUNT GOES UP EVERY WEEK OR EVERY OTHER DAY. I AM FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
