Furniture city

I bought a microwave in April 2014 the sticker says it's on 10 years warranty ,the same microwave just decided to switch of and it never had a problem, since Furniture city is closed African Bank told me to phone the collections department but that is just some ******** cos those people don't know how to deal with this query then they transfer me to a wrong department and then another but still no help...the worst part the brunches don't even know which numbers to give you cos the one they have is an invalid number,all I want is a new microwave as I have insurance....I don't want you to fix it as it's not gonna be the same anymore.
