Funeral cover was claimed with no payment done from 16-01-2025 and 24hr has passed

What a poor service from such a so called good bank, my brother he is in so much disappointment after getting a poor service from one your bruches in alexanda - we need to prepare for a funeral our father has died and we have been paying the premium according as your process now claiming and you unable to get the money we claimed.... can we please have this resolved as we are delayed alrighty with the funeral preparation.
