Funeral claim finally paid

My brother lodge a funeral claim with African bank , they paid finally although it takes two months,I wish they can improve on that and treat funeral claim as matter of emergency ,and do follow up on people that lodge claims instead of waiting for them to keep on calling you ,they lodge a claim for a reason up to you to give them updates about their claims,Thank you African bank claims department.
