Full of lies

<p>I had finally managed to pay off and close my account with african bank after many months of trying to get the right payment details as they could not help me when the paypal number didnt work... After closing it I had to wait for my settlement letter. Eventually receiving it at the end of feb I was told i would be removed from ITC in 21 days..... I am still waiting. Starting of the 3rd month and of how many 21 day cycles. Everytime I phone they tell me it will take 21 days?!!!! You lot are now affecting me from building up my credit rating and moving on with my life as you cannot keep to your promises or your "21 day" procedures. As of the 1st June 2014 the credit amnesty act states that you have seven days from payment to send the infomation to the credit bureaus stating that the client has paid up. I am tired of being told that I have been sent a reference number from African bank apparantly to my cell phone that I use all day everyday. I am tired of being told to wait another 21 days. I personally don't ever feel I want to deal with African bank again as everyone I know complains about your bank. What you are doing is unfair and I want someone to contact me to please resolve this matter.</p>
