FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
Customer service at African Bank has become very appalling lately. Submitted a request on 20 May 2020, never received any assistance, logged a complaint on 21 May 2020 and to date the matter has still not been resolved. I'm really finding this experience frustrating to say the least!!!!
