Frustrating and Poor Service at African Bank Hatfield Branch

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the African Bank branch in Hatfield. I initially visited the branch to apply for a loan and was told to return with all the necessary documents. I made the effort to come back the next day with everything they had requested.

To my frustration, after returning with the required documents, only one payslip was uploaded by the staff member assisting me. Since then, I’ve been receiving multiple messages from African Bank asking me to upload the rest of the documents one by one, which is both time-consuming and frustrating, especially considering I had provided everything upfront during my visit.

This shows a lack of professionalism and efficiency at the branch. Customers should not be inconvenienced due to the negligence of the staff. I expected better service and more attention to detail, especially when it comes to something as important as a loan application.

I hope African Bank takes this feedback seriously and improves their service at this branch.
