Frustrated client

Literally the worst bank to ever exist with the worst customer service too with their rude call centre agents. My internet banking hasn’t been working since morning, couldn’t make immediate payment and now I can’t access my account because it’s on hold. What kind of a bank doesn’t recorgnise a transaction from SARS? Also why is customer service not available 24hours like other normal banks?yho!. I’ve been a client for a year now and I don’t recall ever being happy with their service.
