Frustrated

I app**** for a loan 6 days ago, I kept getting messages to re-send documents. I sent documents too many times I cannot even recall how many times. ok yesterday on the 5th day I was advised that I was approved and the contract was read to me. No one mentioned that they are still going to confirm employment, I thought confirmations were done prior my approval considering that I app**** on the 29th of October 2020. Who would have thought an online application would take this long??? I'm very unhappy and I've had to make calls to the call centre a thousand times.
