Frustrated By AFRICAN BANK For Not Updating My Credit Information

Why has AFRICAN BANK not yet updated and cleared my ITC /Credit information as per the Clearance Certificate attached and issued to you on the 4th June 2018.

This is now over 2months since the issuing of my Clearance Certificate. This is very frustrating!!!!!
