Frustrated

I have been xomplaining about being called out my "arrears" which it wasnt it is still not resolved ! When I downloaded my statement I noticed that my interest went up in July 2023 after 1st complaint with plus minus R380 and my insurance on the loan went up with R 206 that is an extra R586 being charged to my account as of August 2023 making the total charges R 1893.25 and my loan repayment agreement is only R1707.68 what did they do to my account in July??? I am honestly so sick of this I was promised my account has been rectified but it hasn't how am I being charged more than what I'm paying monthly?? No one has even phoned me since August to sort this out I keep being called about arrears though!!! I am now not answering the phone
