Fruad case

I don't know how many messages, emails, and phones I've sent to African bank head office and their forensic department regarding the ***** case from May now it's 4 months still matter has not been resolved! This is frustrating I mean for how long you gonna take now to pay back the money that was ****** from my account, what's taking so long my card has been blocked since may

The guy from forensic department phoned last week and promised they gonna be a good feedback on the 17 August 2023 but nothing none of you phoned 😡

I need that money you stole African bank how can you be so careless about your customers accounts. But I am not gonna stop writing on this page until my money has been deposited and my account opened again...you have shown be once again that I cannot trust you or recommend your bank to anyone.
