**********ly taken off Debit orders

I was under Debt review and came off and started making arrangements with African Bank on the 7 April to start taking off R500 for each of the 3 accounts.I even accepted the DebiCheck for the amounts of R500.Today African Bank has decided to take off over R2000 for each account which is not my arrangement and I consider *****, as you entered my account without my permission.When I called today I am told by the consultant I have no arrangement.... then how did you get my account details to do what you did.I am now sitting with no money in my account and I am told I must send my bank statement to do a refund.Now how must I trust you guys as is this going to happen each month going further.I am surely taking this higher as this is dishonesty as a bank.Im still being a loyal client and want to pay you and you do this.Sort this out.
