********** TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE FROM MY ACCOUNT

I have been having issues with this bank ever since I joined them. This is the second month using their services but I have lost close to R1 300 through ********** online transactions. They first told me to replace the card at the branch for them to open an investigation, I did that but I have never received feedback regarding this and if I'll be refunded or not. Every time I call their call center they keep on telling me that it's still under investigation. Yesterday I tried to use the new card but it kept on declining and yet again they opened a query for investigation and I cannot use my card whether to swipe or withdraw at the moment. I regret ever joining this bank and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
