********** charges

Please explain to me why I'm paying an extra R165 on my credit card all long I have been paying R660 and since August you charging me an extra R165 which is shocking as it's a separate debit and why start charging me from August 2022 yet since I started this credit card I was not charged this and why wasn't I informed of this extra charge.
