********** activity on my credit report

I called African Bank yesterda and I was told to wait for 72 hours until the finilizsation of the investigation.But the enquiry is appering on 4 credit provider and my score has gone down.

I called African Bank yesterday and I was told to wait for 72 hours until the finilisation of the investigation.But the enquiry is appering on 4 credit provider and my score has gone down.I was in the process of buying a house but now I have to wait because of this ********** activity that took place on my credit card.

Since monday 22/03/2021 until now,it is difficult for African Bank to remove credit inquiry they did without my authorization. I have to wait for their investigations that took soo long.72 hours that they said it will take has now lapsed.Today I called Africanbank to check progress on my dispute,I was told to send the copies of all credit producers were the enquiry is reflecting and I was even provided with reference number:*** which was not provided before when I was making calls from Monday 22/03/2021 after noticing this ********** activity on my report. I asked them how would I know that ,they needed copy of my credit report that show that enquiry.
Meaning if I didn't call they were just going to be silence on me.
I told them that ,it is unacceptable because they have the liberty to check my credit profile without my authorization why are they seeking credit report from me.
