********** Account not being closed by the Bank

Bank accounts have been opened up in my name without my permission, after querying this at the branch, the consultant confirmed this and advised I go to the Police and do an affidavit and submit tp their *** email. Which I did, to where I got a reply someone has been trying to call me, which is utter nonsense as their was no missed calls on my phone. I sent another email which only go their auto responder emails. After wasting time trying to get through to their call center, I don't know why the Bank just does not close the accounts. Affidavit needed, they have it. Seriously.
