********** playground, African Bank is the coach

Such a useless institution. Someone **********ly opened an account at African Bank using my ID, made deposits and withdrawals then app**** for a personal loan.

Later on, African Bank listed my ID with the SAFPS. I opened a case with African Bank and lodged a dispute with the SAFPS.

African Bank has been pretty much useless to this point, with no response at all from their Forensic department. To make matters even worse, when the SAFPS approached them, they said the listing should remain as they have evidence the account was being used and I must provide proof of the source of funds. What kind of madness is this? An account that I never opened and had no clue it existed until I app**** for vehicle finance.

African Bank is really really useless with poor poor security and no care at all.

The amount of suffering and inconvenience this is causing me.

The way this is happening, it's like they are protecting their staff as this seems to be an inside job. Appalling.
