I paid off my loan and they added fees post payment and they don't want to send me my paid up letter. Telling me about interest that are still outstanding. How do they charge interest in a paid off account. I waste time calling them

How does one owe when they have settled the account and asked for closure and still has not received joy. The have wasted 20 minutes of my time that il never get back. Masego the consultant was very annoying speaking over me and not allowing me to express my concerns and view. I am very disappointed in African Bank. Kgomotso the team leader has still not gotten back to me ever since. They are ******** me my money and not wanting to send me my paid up letter. I settled my account way before the end term. This really hurts and I want to contact my legal team to assist me with this
