<p>Last year September I took out a loan with with African bank with an amount of R 4000.my installment is R330 so recently I when I was going through my statements emailed to me I noticed something strange my my balance was not going down I called their call center to found out what's going on the agent I spoke said I took out 36 months term which really ridiculous i cannot take 36 month term in total I have to pay close to 9000 what really makes angry is that the guy who did my application not even do his job properly and nor explained the terms to instead he made me sign when the head office received my app how come they didn't call me and confirm if I agree with the term of the loan I want this reviewed and investigated </p>
