*****ent account confirmed but my name is not cleared.

It's 2018 and I'm still writing avout an issue from May 2017. There's an account that is still recorded under my name at ITC. The account was investigated and only confirmed telephonically that it is not my account by the investigator Nale. Then he said I need to get a letter from FNB which explains what happened to african bank's money. As expected FNB stated that they're not investigating for african bank and they cannot assist me. I'm still not clear in how I'm required to submit information to you guys to check if I'm liable or not. When you find that I'm not liable you're not giving me a clearance under my name. So I ask again this year can I please get documented confirmation about the conclusion of the investigation. I would like to have better chances of financing a car or a home well within my rights for paying accounts that I own not ********** accounts. Can I please be assisted urgently.
