I opened an account with African Bank. I requested a salary switch letter. My salary was transferred to African Bank for September 2022. On the 23rd September an amount of R45000 was transferred to a Standard Bank Account. Transaction was done as instant payment. This transaction was not done by me as i have never lost my device. I have never shared my credentials with anyone. I thought Banking Apps are linked to a device. This act of ***** must be explained by African Bank. I want my money urgently. I want people to not open account with Africa Bank, your details are exposed to *****. This transaction looks like someone logged into the banking app, using my credentials and performed instant payment.
