*****elent loan

I have been fighting with African bank since early 2020. I've app**** for a loan and it was approved, but then there were one issue, my surname on my bank statement and the one on my ID didn't correspond with each other, because after I got divorced I changed back to my ****en name. So I told the lady to please cancel this loan application, so she gave me all my paperwork back and said she cancelled it. So I left the bank thinking it was cancelled, but I was very wrong. I started receiving sms's saying payment is due, I first thought it wasn't meant for me, so I just kept an eye on my bank account, nothing went off on my account. So the next month received the same message again, so I went to African bank showed them the sms and told them its not my loan so why am I receiving these messages, they couldn't give me an answer. So I left. So I kept on receiving messages for this loan, this person missed payments so I got an sms to say if I don't make a payment legal actions will be taken, so once again I go back to Piet Retief African bank. The lady looked on their system but couldn't find anything on my name, I said but why would the sms say Mrs Velloen if their is nothing on your system, so she phoned their IT department, I spoken to the guy myself and he said what happened is when the lady that helped me never cleared her screen, so all my details were still on her computer when the next person came in to apply for a loan. He said he will fix it. Well I thought he did he never did. Last year I tried to apply for a loan at Capitec and they said they can't help me due to this African bank loan I have, I told her I don't have an African bank loan, she said I must sort it out. So once again went back to the bank and still nothing shows up on my name. So this year on my Nedbank banking app I can check my credit score and there it is African bank loan, so I went to the bank a few weeks ago, spoken to the supervisor, showed her everything I got, so she wrote an email to her head office, with all the details and I even have the loan account number. So still haven't received feedback from them. I am tired of going to the branch, I don't stay in town, so to go back everyday cost a lot of money. All I want is for African bank to clear my name at The Credit Bereau, I don't want to talk to anyone, all I want is for them to fix this. They can email me, due to loadshedding the cellphone signal on the farm is bad, so I would prefer if they communicate via email and then I can send them every evidence I have. Unfortunately they never given me a reference number.
