***** Transcactions on my account even though card is on hold

I had 2 x 80 USD dollars coming off my account on Sunday evening 3rd July 10 mins apart which i contacted the bank and put my account on hold and updated my limits to 0.50 cents . On Wednedsay evening @11h59 pm another 2 transactions came off my account for the same Amount even after my card is on hold and my limit was changed . I have been given a reference and told 72 hours for feedback and now when i call in the agent tells me 30 days . PLS HELP as there is 5k missing from my credit card balance
