***** prevention Services listing

I have been listed by African bank to SAFPS in 2015 July apparently I lost my id document before then and only to find out someone used my credentials to try and apply for a loan with African bank..I've tried a couple of times to get African bank to remove my name from SAFPS but to no avail.
